My Counselling Philosophy

The longer I work as a counsellor, the more I am convinced of the value of a safe, supportive space where we can develop personal insight and find hope for change. When given the skills to understand ourselves within the context of our most important relationships, we are able to bring our best to all aspects of life. I’m committed to helping people learn to be responsible and well-defined, so that they can make important changes in their lives – even when they feel out of control.

She is helping me to see things in my relationships in a new light and to face up to how things are. I have been able to begin to process and grieve what I have lost.
